We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Body Shop Estimator who can deliver accurate repair estimates and a top-tier customer experience.

The Body Shop Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and serving as a key liaison between customers, insurance companies, and our repair team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and knowledgeable about collision repair processes and industry-standard estimating systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a body shop estimator in a collision repair facility
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and OEM repair procedures
• Ability to interpret vehicle damage accurately and recommend proper repairs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
