Our Cleveland location is hiring two (2) Powersports enthusiasts to help us become the biggest and best Polaris dealer in Texas.

It will be your responsibility to provide the absolute best, five-star experience during customers’ product research and purchase journey online, over the phone and within our store.

A Sales and Brand Consultant must possess these qualities:

• Powersports enthusiasm. You must love the powersports industry and preferably ride yourself for fun or work. We want you to share your enthusiasm with potential customers by creating social media posts, videos and attending local ride events. Help us build a standout brand!
• Meet Quotas. At the end of the day, we are a business and you are an important part of our business success. There will be monthly sales quotas to meet. We provide training, guidance and all the tools necessary to meet these goals but we want someone that wants to succeed and make $$$.
• Great oral communicator. We are looking for people that are natural conversationalists and feel comfortable building relationships.
• Flare for the written word. Must have an above average grasp of spelling, punctuation, and written communication. You’ll be doing a lot of communication over text and email.
• Attention to detail. When a customer asks a question, you must answer it in length with supporting links, images, videos or whatever will make their experience better.
• Persistent. Customers are busy so you will have to try them at different times and on different days to meet their busy schedules.
• Process Follower. We have processes set in place and we expect you to follow them and complete all required steps.

• First year team members will make $40,000 to $60,000 per + quarterly bonuses.
